HOW TO START A NEW YEAR

New year! New year! New year! It is finally here... have you plan how you want to spend the year? After detoxifying your home of unnecessary things and bringing down all the shining dangling Xmas decors the next thing is to plan the year.

Although, like they say, man only proposes but God disposes. Yet you still need to make plans to do your best effectively and allow God do the rest respectively.

Here are some ideas that I believe could be of help to you.

1) REFLECT ON THE PAST YEAR. 
Either last year was awesome or not you need to look back to know what you achieved and what you did not. Likewise, you need to review your mistakes and learn from it to avoid it from repeating itself. Also, point out your un-achieved goals that you can include in your new year resolution.

2) LIST YOUR NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS.
Point pen all your new year resolutions in clear sheet according to their importance.

Get a schedule / reminder  board and locate it in a perceptible area of your room and paste your new year resolution list on it. This will help you stay focus as you wake up to it daily.

3) PRAY OVER YOUR NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS AND PICK A WEEKLY  PRAYER DAY.
Trust me, your every Sunday tonic church system is not enough. You need to create a long lasting personal relationship with your God so you need a day in a week to always communicate with God through fasting and prayer. This will help create a Father and son/daughter relationship between you and God. Give it a try and I am sure you never regret you did.

4) NEW LIFE STYLE. 
You might want to try a new life style so here are some which I think are ideal.

i) FAMILY DAY OUT ONCE A MONTH: take your family out on a picnic or to cinema or stroll or museum. Better still a classic concert.

ii) FAMILY GAME DAY ONCE A MONTH: stay in door to play PS or XBOX or SUHWAY or DRAFT, LUDO OR go out to The Game outlet with your family. Trust me it is fun and relaxing. And it establish an amazing memories.

iii) FRIENDS DAY OUT ONCE A MONTH OR QUARTERLY: get together to rob minds, share thoughts and have fun.

iv) MONTHLY OR QUARTERLY  PHOTO SHOOT WITH FAMILY OR FRIENDS.

V) GROW AND NURTURE A PLANT OR GARDEN.

Vi) FIND AND ADOPT A RELAXATION SYSTEM THAT SUIT YOU: which could either be
Reading or
Bubble bath with candle lights or
Massage with loved one or paid spa or
Yoga or
Meditation.

Any of these will help improve your health, relief you of stress and refresh your mind constantly.

4) EXERCISE WEEKLY: any of the aerobic will do as long as it is not too difficult for you to do and helps to keep you fit. You can join a gym where necessary routine will be schedule for you weekly.

5) FINANCE
You need to plan your finances. This day and age it is not wise to spend lavishly rather be prudent to achieve more and prepared for raining days.

So here are some suggestions of what could be a solution. Open different savings account for your expenses as no amount is too small to save.
PERSONAL SAVINGS ACCOUNT,
FAMILY EXPENSES ACCOUNT,
CHILDREN SCHOOL FEES ACCOUNT,
PERSONAL EXPENSES ACCOUNT, 
UNFORESEEN EXPENSES ACCOUNT,
RETIREMENT ACCOUNT / POLICY.

Having these set up and running will help to save some cash if not all you needed ahead of time which helps to suppressed the pressure of running around for money from uncertain source.

With commitment I believe it is achievable.

6) VISIT TO DAD /MUM (GRANDMA OR(&) GRANDPA OR ANY FAMILY MEMBERS) QUARTERLY.
It is always good to move around sometimes than pulling a call through to people we love. It gives some kind of sense of humor and a good bonding within the family.

These are few things i believe could help make some difference please give them a try.
